Understanding Compounding

A financial-literacy tool: see how reinvesting returns differs from spending them.

Illustrative only. The return rate below is a number you choose to explore the math — it is not a projection, offer, or expected return from FAME. All investments carry risk of loss, are illiquid (no resale market), and returns are capped. Past results never guarantee future ones.

FAME has no investment minimum — the effect works at any size.

How long one deal runs before you redeploy the proceeds.

Reinvesting vs. spending your returns

$1,000 at 30% per 12-mo cycle, over 5 years. Same deals, same return — the only difference is whether the money goes back to work.

How this works: When an investment pays you back, you can either spend those returns or reinvest them into a new opportunity. Reinvesting means your returns can themselves earn returns — that's compounding. On FAME, payments arrive monthly, so returned capital can be redeployed sooner. One honest limit to understand: FAME returns are capped per deal (a deal pays its cap once), so continued compounding depends on new campaigns being available to reinvest into — and every deal carries risk, so not every one returns what this illustration assumes. Which path fits you is entirely your choice.
